Each item is made by hand and is processed in the order in which it was received. Because each piece is hand made by me, orders may take approximately two weeks if an item is out of stock. If an item is in stock and available, it will ship with in 1-3 business days. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. If you need an item within a certain time frame, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Expedited shipping will result in an additional mailing fee.  If you would like to include a note with your purchase, please contact me.  Creo Vis is not responsible for lost packages or items marked as delivered. Please make sure you have your items delivered to a secure location.

I offer free exchanges and returns within 15 days of receiving your order as long as the piece is returned in unworn condition. Any returned merchandise that appears worn is subject to a 15% restocking and re-polishing fee.  Please do not return an item without reaching out to me using the contact section below to start your exchange. Your exchange will be subject to a return shipping fee.

Creo Vis Jewelry Care Guide

Your Creo Vis pieces are more than just an accessory. They are symbol of the connections and meaningful moments in your life. Like any art piece, wear and refurbishing are inevitable. To ensure your jewelry maintains its condition for years to come, I’ve crafted a guide on jewelry care. 

Storage: All Creo Vis jewelry is made from sterling silver, and 14kt gold, as these materials wear beautifully when properly care for. To keep your pieces in their best condition, store your jewelry individually in a dry place to prevent scratching, tangling, and tarnishing. Each piece comes with a black satin pouch that has a piece of anti-tarnish paper inside. Keep your piece in the pouch when you are not wearing it. Refrain from wearing your pieces during rigorous activities to avoid damage or loss.

Chemicals: Avoid contact with harmful products including harsh cleaning materials, oily cosmetics and chlorinated or salty water. Do not expose your piece to perfumes.

Cleaning: Clean your jewelry regularly and gently! Each Creo Vis customer will receive a polishing cloth with their order. Silver pieces can be polished by rubbing the cloth over the tarnish. Then wash with mild soap and water and dry completely. 

Care of oxidized silver:  What is blackened or oxidized silver? – It is genuine sterling silver that has been purposely darked via a chemical process that essentially speeds up the natural tarnishing timeline. This exterior layer of sulfur sulfide creates an attractive dark patina on the exterior of the metal.

Refrain from rubbing your pendant over the oxidized chain as it will rub off. Do not polish this metal with the polishing cloth or submerge it in any type of cleaner, as it will affect the color of the oxidation. 

Creo Vis offers a free annual refinish of your pieces. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if applicable.
